We collect information about you directly, from other individuals/organizations, and automatically through your use of our website. We primarily collect:

As our services are typically provided to businesses, much of the information we collect is related to our relationship with your employer.
Information We Collect Directly from You:
- Newsletter Signup: Email address and, in some cases, your name.
- Customer Service: Name, contact info, the reason for your inquiry. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
- Request a Quote/Consultation: Name, business/job info, service requested, and any other info you choose to share.
- Purchases: Name, billing, and payment info if applicable; purchase records.
- Social Media: We may see your post and contact or comment, but typically do not associate this with your account.
- Ethics/Incident Reporting: Any information you submit as part of a report.
- Events/Trade Shows: Contact information if you request info at events.
- Appointments/Employment: Appointment and employment inquiries, including information forwarded by friends.
- Additional: We collect information during account creation and ongoing service, including portal credentials, usage logs, access times, etc. Some portals are for community or business clients where data collection is directed by the client.
Information From Other Sources:
Your employer or friends may provide information (such as lists of authorized users or contacts for job opportunities). We may also purchase business contact lists periodically.
Information Collected Automatically:
We collect certain usage data automatically, such as: domain name, browser type, OS, pages viewed, links clicked, IP address, visit duration, and referrer. Information as Service Provider:
When services are provided to a business client, the client directs the scope of information collected; these services may include video/audio recording.

Opting Out of Email Marketing
You may opt out of promotional emails via the opt-out link provided in any such email or by writing to privacy@aus.com. Processing may take up to 10 business days. Transactional/account emails may still be sent.

While we use industry-standard practices to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Unlawful interception or unauthorized access may occur despite our safeguards.
